Return & Exchange Policy

At Bulachey, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of the product being delivered.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us via:
  • Kindly share clear images of the product along with your order details.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
  • A nominal exchange fee will be applicable to process the exchange.
  • Once your request is approved and the product is received after inspection, your replacement will be shipped.

Return Policy

  • Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
  • To request a return, contact us via:
  • Please share clear images of the product before initiating the return.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and all original tags must remain intact.
  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours after successful inspection.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to the same payment method used while placing the order. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Please share your UPI ID or bank account details so that we can process your refund.

Important Notes

  • Requests made after 2 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, washing, or missing tags may not qualify for return or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to decline any request if the product does not pass our quality inspection.
