Return & Refund Policy

At Bulachey, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you with our simple return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of the product being delivered.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, have missing tags, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear images of the product
  • Reason for the return

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Quality Inspection

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. Returns will only be approved if the product meets our return eligibility criteria.

Refund Process

After your return passes the quality inspection:

  • Your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to the same payment method used while placing the order. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Please share your UPI ID or bank account details. Once verified, the refund will be processed to the provided account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products requested for return after 2 days from delivery
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery, subject to our return eligibility criteria.
